Brief Background
I worked in Physical Therapy for 30 years, ending my career after a year of the pandemic.
As handwashing was a necessary part of my day, during the pandemic handwashing was increased and emphasized to the world as being important. I noticed my hands would be raw and sore daily.
I want to continue to focus on things that are enjoyable and rewarding. Life is short and times are tough. I will maintain my sense of living simply.
While remaining grounded here on Earth, we can look beyond our personal world to see how vast the world and universe are. As ever changing and ever expanding the universe may be, we need to remember to be the change we want to see.
