I have been practicing yoga for 11 years and meditation for 26 years. I have been practicing Tibetan Buddhism for 15 years. For the past 19 years I have been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I have been working in hospitals, nursing homes, subacute rehab facilities, and outpatient offices.
I truly have come to believe that yoga is beneficial for all people to have a higher quality of life. I continue to study the teachings of the Dharma, Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras. I have been certified /registered in Yoga Instruction and certified in Reiki to continue my life's work.
